SERVICE DESCRIPTION

 

Our full-service wedding planning package offers peace of mind knowing all the details will be perfect for your special day.

 

Services leading up to the event day include:

 

  • Complimentary initial consultation to discuss overall wedding details

  • Full access to wedding planning portal including Checklist, Calendar, Timeline, Design Studio, Guest List, Layout & Seating, Vendor Contacts, Budget, Notes, and a Website.

  • A custom inspiration board will be created to ensure your vision is achieved.

  • Budget management

  • Vendor recommendations and booking

  • Attend all meetings with vendors/service providers as needed

  • Floor plan creation for ceremony and reception

  • Confirmed vendor contract and logistics review & final vendor confirmation

  • Marriage license & name change guidance

  • Final site walk-through meeting, approximately one month before your wedding date, to review all event details

  • Comprehensive productions schedule and instruction to vendors

  • Finalize the wedding timeline & program, including entrances, first dance, cake cutting & all notables

  • Ceremony rehearsal assistance & direction, up to 1 hour

  • Unlimited email and phone consultations, as needed

 

Event Day Services Include:

 

  • Wedding day coordinator (full day/8-10 hours)

  • Bridal assistance, as needed, while getting ready

  • Event set up & break down management (non-heavy labor only)

  • Event detail organization, set up of personal items such as escort cards, table numbers, menus & favors

  • Personal floral distribution on site, as needed

  • Guest arrival & seat management

  • Gift, gift card& personal items management

  • Vendor, venue manager, banquet captain, banquet staff, and emcee coordination

  • Facilitate & prompt necessary cues for program details, such as ceremony processionals, speeches & toasts.

  • Final vendor payment & gratuity distribution

  • Wedding day emergency kit
